Feng shui rules to get rid of that third person

Feng shui rules admonish the use of mirrors anywhere in the room. This is because there is more to having a mirror in your bedroom, than using it for improving your looks after taking a look at yourself.

Bedroom feng shui does not advice placing mirrors opposite, next to or over the bed as it is said that besides reflecting too much of energy around the room that prevents taking rest in the bedroom, mirrors are thought to magnify problems and worries.

Even the act of placing a mirror on the ceiling above the bed is considered more a crime than bending feng shui rules. Some feng shui rules also state that by having a mirror in the bedroom, you only invite third parties into interfering with your relationship.

If your closet door is mirrored, you can solve the mirror problem by hanging curtains in front of it. Other mirrors have to be moved out of the room and placed as far away from the bed as possible. If possible, cover the mirror with a piece of cloth before turning in for the night.
